Site’s future ‘bodes well’

Martin Coar knows firsthand about the importance of location. About five years ago, he relocated his jewelry store, J. Martin Coar, from the small Merchantville business district to a 2,000-square-foot storefront next to the Acme in the Cinnaminson Shopping Center on Route 130. Coar, a 51-year-old businessman and graduate of Holy Cross High School in Delran, wanted a location with more traffic.
