The 2012 Budget Plan

President Obama is proposing a budget that calls for $3.7 trillion in government spending in fiscal 2012, down from the $3.8 trillion he proposed a year ago. The budget projects a massive gap between spending and tax revenue that produces a budget deficit of $1.1 trillion.
