A pioneering New Jersey program credited with preventing suicides among the state’s military service members will be expanded nationwide, providing crisis counseling and support to nearly half the country’s armed forces.Vets4Warriors, a peer-to-peer helpline administered by the UMDNJ, will be available 12/12/11 to members and veterans of the National Guard in all 50 states and four U.S. territories, officials are due to announce today.
