MES delivers a Valentine treat

Merchantville School students made Valentine’s Day cards for the children at Ronald McDonald House. They were delivered along with a $450 check from Spirit Week collections for their “Share a Night” program. This will allow a family in need to stay at the RMH free of charge for a month. Merchantville School strives to teach students to be kind to each other and take care of one another. The Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey is one of more than 365 houses in 43 countries and regions across the globe. It has served as a “home-away-from-home,” for more than 28,000 families as close as Southern New Jersey, and as far as all other states and 39 foreign countries, whose children are being treated at nearby hospitals for critical illnesses or traumatic injuries.
