McCray picked as Camco freeholder

Scot McCray, a former Camden High track star and city official, has been unanimously selected by Camden County Democrats to fill a vacancy on the Board of Freeholders. “I’ve lived in the city my entire life,” said McCray, who turns 32 this Sunday.
