Independence Day Weekend Concert and Fireworks at Wiggins Park

Celebrate the holiday along the Camden waterfront on Saturday, July 2nd with a free concert sponsored by the Camden County Board of Freeholders featuring the Air National Guard Band of the Mid-Atlantic. The concert begins at 7 p.m. and will be followed by a spectacular Delaware River fireworks display with fireworks on both sides of the river, courtesy of two cities in two different states with patriotic music synchronized to the display. Special guest Teresa Scanlon, Miss America 2011 will be introduced at 6 p.m. Come early, picnic near the river and see Miss America before the concert begins. Or spend the day, visiting the Adventure Aquarium and the Children’s Garden.
