Court upholds ruling in Washington Township trespassing case

A state appellate court panel on Thursday affirmed the criminal trespass conviction and sentence of a Merchantville man who was found guilty of entering a woman’s Washington Township home without her permission on Valentine’s Day, 2006. Jonathan J. Wade, 34, was initially charged with burglary because the woman said she was assaulted. Convicted in a 2008 trial of trespass, he was sentenced to two years on probation and 52 days in the Gloucester County Jail, which he has already served. http://bit.ly/el4yTB
