A seven-acre site at the former Ellisburg Circle on Brace Road at Route 70 is to be auctioned off July 20th. The property once held a Pathmark supermarket and most recently housed a National Wholesale Liquidators outlet. The auction will be held at 1 p.m. at the site, which has about 54,000 square feet of retail space. Property previews will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on July 7th and July 13th.
