Bridge walkway opens

On Monday, August 22nd, the Benjamin Franklin Bridge south walkway reopened to the public.  With the reopening of the south walkway, the north walkway will be closed. The south entrance is located at 5th and Race Street, across the street from the U. S. Mint. Walkway hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily for the Spring/Summer schedule. On October 1, the Fall/Winter schedule begins and hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The walkway is open, weather permitting.
