On Wednesday, January 18th and Thursday, January 19th, between 7a.m. and 3:30 p.m. the 5th Street vehicular tunnel in Philadelphia under the Ben Franklin Bridge Philadelphia Approach will be closed to traffic for electrical work and routine maintenance. DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry, Betsy Ross Bridges and PATCO, and owns the RiverLink Ferry.
