The “A Place to Play” initiative is a committee within the Merchantville School PTA that is committed to enhancing the school and, in turn, the community by creating a playground that is safe, innovative, accessible and engaging for students in first through eighth grades at the Merchantville School.
This revitalized play space will be an oasis of physical and social interaction within the school landscape, and will be designed to encourage physically-active, fun, imaginative play via new and innovative playground equipment and landscape design. The Playground Committee is working jointly with the Merchantville Board of Education and Administration to reach this goal.
