On Monday, April 8th, Corporal Jones and Lieutenant Cline received promotions in the Merchantville Police Department during the regular, bi-monthly Council meeting. Congratulations and thank you both for your dedication and service to the Borough. Chief Grassia and the members of the Merchantville Police Department are committed to providing law enforcement services that are fair, effective, and impartially applied. It is in the best interest of everyone that a concern about the performance of an individual employee
or the agency in general be resolved fairly and promptly. The Merchantville Police Department has formal procedures for investigating these complaints. These procedures ensure fairness while also protecting the rights of both citizens and employees.
