Breathe easy reminder to residents and visitors: All Borough properties are smoke free, this includes tobacco, cannabis and vape products. Please remember that per Borough Ordinance 15-02 the use of tobacco products or cannabis in any structures owned, leased rented and/or operated by the Borough of Merchantville; all public parks, playgrounds and ball fields publicly owned by the borough of Merchantville is prohibited. In 2022, Tobacco Free for a Healthy New Jersey (TFHNJ) recently donated 500 Breathe Easy signs to the Camden County Health Department in order to provide residents with smoke-free air in public green spaces.
