Eilandarts Center is delighted to offer a six-week course where your child will learn how to keep and love an art journal, on Wednesdays, beginning November 27th. This workshop will enforce the participant’s ability to observe his/her environment and channel creativity into art. During the course, we will collect items and fill up the journal with ideas and samples. There will be projects in drawing, painting, collaging and 3-dimensional. We will talk about different artists and their approach to art. The goal of the workshop is to help the young artist to discover their own creativity and find pleasure applying it into art form.
