Whenever we see a chocolate bunny perched on its back legs, we know we have to eat it. But how? Do we start with the head or the tail? While some folks are all ears, others just can’t bear to decapitate a hare, preferring to amputate a bunny’s bottom first. Brooks Oakford, whose father founded Aunt Charlotte’s in Merchantville, says it’s less of a commitment to start with the thin head than the thicker bottom.
