Trick-or-Treating in Merchantville will take place on Monday, October 31st. For the safety of all Borough residents, the Halloween curfew will be enforced on October 29th, 30th, and 31st. No child under the age of 18 years will be permitted in or upon the public places within the Borough of Merchantville after the hour of 7:00 PM, until the hour of 6:00 AM the following morning unless accompanied by an adult.
