The freeholders are expected to approve a resolution tonight to study folding the trash agency into the improvement authority, mirroring a similar program in other parts of the state. The study will look to also transfer all assets owned by Pollution Control Financing Authority (PCFA), which employs approximately 20 people, to the Improvement Authority, including both the Pennsauken Sanitary Landfill and the land that currently houses Camden County’s trash-to-steam plant. http://bit.ly/ekWXDf
