Demolition of bridge to shut down Rt. 73

An ongoing $18 million bridge reconstruction project will result in detours next week, the state Department of Transportation announced Thursday. The Main Street Bridge over Route 73 that connects Moorestown and Maple Shade will be closed to traffic starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday and remain closed until August. The Main Street and Camden Avenue ramps to Route 73 North and South will remain open until bridge demolition begins March 21. Route 73 will be closed for demolition in both directions from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. over several days. http://bit.ly/eLMK0X
