A public meeting on the Merchantville Revaluation will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Merchantville Elementary School auditorium, 130 South Centre Street. Residents with questions about this meeting should call Denise L. Brouse, Borough Clerk at 856-662-2474 ext. 103.
This program has been ordered by the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation and will be implemented for the Tax Year 2012. The goal of the revaluation program is to update all assessments to fair market value. Any property owner who would like information relevant to the revaluation program should contact Professional Property Appraisers at 856-764-6500.
