Winter storm preparedness

A fast-moving snow storm will hit our area tonight, turning roads snowy and potentially slippery before dissipating around  7 a.m. Estimated accumulation is  3 inches. Merchantville and Camden County Public Works crews will be out at 10 p.m. tonight, preparing the plows and pre-treating roads in anticipation of the storm. Temperatures will remain below freezing for much of tomorrow, making for a slow melting process and possible slippery conditions through the rush hour and throughout the day. If possible, please park your vehicles off the street overnight.
