The Merchantville Area Junior Womans Club invite area women to learn more about their volun teer organization. The meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Merchantville Community Center. Their next meeting is Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. Some of the charities they support are Foster & Adoptive Family Services, the Food Bank of South Jersey, International Healthcare Volunteers and many others. They also sponsor an annual Spelling Bee and grant Christmas wishes for 40 local children in need each year.
