Grace Church provides services for residents in need

As we have become aware of the increasing number of people in need in our community due to this curent down turn in our economy we have would like to advertise our  way of offering assistance. Our Emergency Food Pantry and St. Clare’s Thrift Shoppe are outreach ministries of the parish. Each Wednesday at Emergency Food Pantry from 12 – 2 p.m. volunteers gather to make available food to those in need who are residents of Merchantville. Clients may receive groceries once per month. Enough non-perishable groceries are given to supply an entire family for at least one day sometimes for more if possible. IDs are required. Our St. Clare’s Thrift Shoppe is open each Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the undercroft of the parish hall off the parking lot. Clothing, household and many miscellaneous items are available for purchase at nominal and some greatly reduced prices.
