The Bergenfield Special Improvement District wants to know why people aren’t shopping there and to get the answers have ordered a survey of “non-shoppers” by JGSC Group of Merchantville. Researchers from JGSC Group will interview business owners and local shoppers to gain insights that will contribute to an effective strategy and recommendations for the continued revitalization of their downtown district.
