Shannon’s Fitness is a new studio at 13 North Centre that offers personal training sessions for people looking to change their lifestyle, gain more stamina, lose weight and/or break through barriers using a variety of different classes, formats and exercises. You choose which class fits your needs and join us to keep burning fat, lifting endorphins and melting some stress away. Group classes include: Boot Camp, Cardio-Kickboxing, Total Body Conditioning or Pilates. Private and semi-private personal training sessions. Owner, Shannon McKeown, has been teaching group fitness for 25 years. She is a AAAI/ISMA certified Total Body Strength & Conditioning, Cardio-Kick Boxing and Mat Pilates II instructor. Also certified through AAAI/ISMA in Personal Training and renews her CPR/AED training bi-annually.
