Benjamin W. Reeves, III, Age 84. Born Sept. 10, 1938, passed away on April 8, 2023. From Merchantville, NJ. He was predeceased by his parents Benjamin, Jr and Dorothy (nee Dyer). Loving Husband of 62 years of the late Mary (nee Soltys). Devoted father of Benjamin, IV (Cindy), Linda (Don), and Judi (Jamie). Cherished brother of Nellie Marks and Larry. Adored Pop Pop of 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was loved by many nieces and nephews and known as “Uncle Rick.” He was a graduate of Merchantville High School class of 1956, where he was captain
of the Basketball and Baseball team. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates that same year. He was inducted into the SJ Fast Pitch Hall of Fame in 1989. For 15 years he owned Pennsauken Exxon and retired from RCA after 40 years of service. There will be a viewing Tuesday evening April 18, 2023 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Full obituary.
