Merchantville PD would like to notify residents that PSE&G will begin replacing a gas main east on Maple Avenue from Rt. 130 to Morris Street beginning Monday, March 27th. Upon completion of Maple Avenue, work will
begin on Browning Road from Volan Street to Whitman Terrace. This projects starting location will be Browning Road and Maple Avenue and will go east on Maple ending at Morris Street. The duration of the whole project will be approximately 2-3 months. The job will be completed in one block increments in order to cause as little of a disruption to the motoring public as possible and the police department will post updates.
