Cooking Demo with Severino Pasta

Adults 18 and older

Wednesday, May 29, 7 p.m.

The Serverinos learned the art of pasta making from Umberto Casoli, an artisinal pasta maker in Italy. For over 35 years the family shop in Haddon Township has been known as the place to find authentic, richly flavored pasta. Join Carla Severino so you too can learn the secrets of making authentic pasta dishes. Samples are limited to the first 25 registered participants.
