On December 21, 2011, age 92. Beloved husband of the late Adamary and dear brother of the late Frank and John. Survived by two nieces and one nephew. Mr. Assaiante was a graduate of Drexel University, retired electrical engineer for RCA and a former consultant for the State of NJ.
