Per the Open Public Meeting Act, the Merchantville Planning Board has selected the following dates for it’s regularly scheduled monthly meetings for the year 2012; January 10, February 14, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11, 2012, and January 8, 2013 (2013 Reorganization Meeting).
In addition, the Merchantville Planning Board has also selected the following dates for additional regular meetings which will involve discussion on zoning ordinance amendments, consideration of applications and such other matters as determined by the Planning Board. The dates for these meetings for 2012 are as follows: January 24, February 28, March 27, April 24, May 22, June 26, July 24, August 28, September 25, October 23, November 27, and December 18, 2012.
