The shareholders of Flaster/Greenberg PC are pleased to announce the appointment of Markley “Mark” Roderick, shareholder, to Chair of the 2012 Retreat Committee. Mr. Roderick, a laywer and new resident of Walnut Avenue, has more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, including the technology, real estate, and health care industries.
The mission of the Retreat Committee is to help strategize the growth and overall strategic plan for the future of the firm. Roderick’s role as Chair of the Committee will be to identify topics of importance for discussion and ascertain and execute agenda items as decided by the Committee.
Roderick concentrates his practice on the representation of closely-held and emerging growth companies, including companies in the technology and health care industries. He frequently provides counsel in such areas as taxation, partnership law, business sales and acquisitions, start-up businesses, and venture capital. Roderick specializes in the representation of entrepreneurial, growth-oriented companies and their owners.
