Next week, the admissions committee of Cooper Medical School of Rowan University will begin interviewing 300 applicants for 50 slots in the school’s inaugural class, slated to begin next fall.Those applicants have been winnowed from “several thousand,” said Dr. Paul Katz, dean of the medical school, which is now under construction
