Camden native gets military achievement medal

An Army supply sergeant from Camden has earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his assistance on a military mission in Afghanistan. Sgt. Brian Murray, who first joined the Marines after his 1979 graduation from Camden High School, has been in Afghanistan since June.accounted for 85 weapons systems and spent three days in 100-degree heat to inventory and organize the systems, their ammunition and other sensitive items. http://bit.ly/qMIIZ4
