As per Borough Code 75-4 Permit to Operate Pools. All pools located in Merchantville require an operation permit. The anual fee is $5.00. Within 10 days of the application an inspection will be conducted to ensure compliance with the pool ordinance. Applications can be obtained in the clerks office at Boro Hall.
